We run Residential International Award Programs as well as CAS trips for High Schools. Have you ever dreamed of spending your summer vacation in a foreign land? Are you the type of person who is excited by a challenge? Do you enjoy helping others?
Creativity, Activity, Service enables students to enhance their personal and interpersonal development as well as their social and civic development, through experiential and service learning and a personal journey of self-discovery that recognizes each student’s individual strengths, talents, and purpose.
Creativity – Exploring and extending ideas leading to an original or interpretive product or performance
Activity – Physical exertion contributing to a healthy lifestyle
Service – Collaborative and reciprocal engagement with the community in response to an authentic need
Volunteering abroad may be the alternative school break you are looking for!
No longer reserved for college students or graduates, high school students now too can participate in our programs and projects.
From the coastal towns of Zanzibar to villages of Tanzania, these programs are designed to provide a structured, safe and exciting adventure for teenagers. What better way to learn about yourself and the world while giving back!
Your International School can also Adopt a School in Zanzibar.
Adopt a School initiative aims to provide disadvantaged children in developing countries access to quality nursey and primary education.
The Adopt a School package comprises of developing disadvantaged school infrastructure, suppling computers, solar panels, toilets, book supplies and teacher training. As part of adopting a school, the donor (up to 30 people) may travel on a volunteering self-funded trip for one week to support the community with the construction of the adopted school.
Once you’ve decided that you want to spend your break from fancy school trips and do volunteering, there are a few more things to consider. You’ll want to decide what kind of program you are most comfortable with, how many hours of volunteering you plan on accruing and what projects you are interested in participating in. There are plenty of options for volunteering abroad in your teens!
High School Group service volunteering program is by far the most common type of program rather than Individual Programs.
We work with our partners to engage our volunteers in meaningful individual and group projects.

We are a social enterprise that takes the youth to volunteer abroad, to places where they will fall silently into their thoughts, reflecting things they never imagined before.
They will see things that may break their hearts or make them feel more appreciative of the things they didn’t notice before.
They may begin to disregard what anyone else thinks or feels about them in this place because they will realize that life has many secrets that they have not unlocked yet.
To travel is to invest in yourself. It is one of the only things you can purchase that truly makes you richer, and we do not mean in monetary value.
IV has a dream – though it may be extreme. We hope that the youth of our society becomes enlightened, through travel and new experiences. Enlightened and inspired enough to come back to Oman, throw the word “bored” out the window, and start to make a change in this world.
We want to inspire people to seek out their passion and their talent and to chase that dream down, capture it, and make it a reality.
You can either join our community in Oman, where we will do a lot of activities, events and meetings to try to change the world!
Or you can just subscribe to our website or follow us in Instagram and wait for our announcements for our future volunteering trip and be part of it.
If you decide to join us, we promise your life will never be the same again!
